Customer Service Representative - Pet Resort

Are you good at giving belly rubs and neck scratches? Then you have come to the right place! We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for Finger Lakes Pet Resort (located at 1296 Beaver Creek Road in Farmington, New York 14425) that offers top of market pet care in a safe and clean environment.
You will be joining a team of pet lovers who takes care of dogs and cats while the pet parents are out and about.
Here's what you will be doing:
Be the face our customers see as they drop off and pick up their fur babies Provide world-class service to all our customers, human and pet alike Have a thorough knowledge of each of our products/services.
Have exceptional communication and listening skills Ensure that all clients have a positive experience as you are often perceived as the face of our pet resort Have a positive attitude, the ability to handle multiple challenges at once, and ability to learn quickly Must love people and dogs! Our ideal candidate will have experience working with a computer system, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a passion for animals.
We do require a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and have a team mentality.
You will be working in an individual as well as a team setting.
We do require animal handling, attention to detail, and customer service experience.
This position is part time and pays $15.
00 -$17.
00 hourly depending on experience.
