This position is also the leader of the delivery process for each major unit sale.
The position requires a person with a strong sales process and willing to learn new techniques.

They add value by aiding our customer's through our delivery process and help them protect their purchase with the correct add-on warranty products, which help secure a great customer ownership experience.

Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains customer relationships - Identifies needs of customers and recommends appropriate products Follows up with customers after purchase Works closely with other dealership departments to maximize dealership profitability on each sale Skills & Knowledge:
Positive attitude; high level of enthusiasm and energy Strong focus on customer service Goal oriented and self-motivated Product knowledge and experience Additional responsibilities to be performed include the following:
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for management as requested.
Complete seasonal projects as necessary The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
